1. Do you offer OEM or ODM services?

    -> Yes, we have an in-house technical and design team to support both OEM and ODM projects.

Custom logos, packaging, and product designs are available upon request.

2. What materials do you use?

   -> We primarily use solid rubberwood, pine, ash, and ash veneered MDF.

All materials are kiln-dried and comply with export standards.

3. Can I order custom sizes or designs?
   ->   Yes, we are flexible with dimensions and construction.

Please share your specifications or drawings for evaluation.

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
   ->   Our standard MOQ is 50–100 pcs per item.

However, for new customers or trial orders, we can be flexible with MOQ.

5. What is your production lead time?

   -> Normally 45–60 days after deposit and order confirmation.

Lead time may vary depending on order volume and season.

6. Do you provide Certificate of Origin or any certifications?

   -> Yes, we can provide C/O (Form B, E, AANZ, etc.) as needed.

7. What are your delivery terms?

-> We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms based on your shipping preferences and destination.

-> Yes, sample orders are welcome. Sample lead time is 2–3 weeks depending on the design.
